TUNE TECHNOLOGY
A new level of extraction control, allowing baristas to precisely shape the brewing curve for each coffee. Tune Technology allows you to time‑control both the pre‑infusion and the final stage of the extraction at a fixed pressure of 3 bar, ensuring even saturation, reducing channeling during the initial phase, and gently finishing the brew to minimize bitterness typically extracted at the end.
This three-phase approach, gives baristas the tools to highlight origin, roast, and grind characteristics.
Whether you re working with selected single origins or delicate blends, this pre-set pressure profiling unlocks a new spectrum of flavor and consistency.
